After suffering a 3-1 loss at Cheltenham in midweek, Morecambe will look to return to winning ways in the League One when they take on Plymouth at the Mazuma Stadium on Saturday afternoon. Morecambe produce much better showings at home than on the travels, and you should know that they have recorded three wins in front of home fans this term. Head coach Stephen Robinson should stick to the 3-5-2 formation with Ayunga and Stockton up front.
The Pilgrims, on the other hand, aim to retain top position in the standings, and their pacey attackers should take advantage of Morecambe’s shaky defence. Plymouth are more of a team than Plymouth, and we are positive that the promotion-chasing visitors will prove their worth on the field. A man to keep an eye on in the away side will be Ryan Hardie, who has netted eight goals in the new League One campaign.

Born in Crewe, England on March 6, 1990, A-Jay Leitch-Smith is a professional footballer who plays for Morecambe as a forward. Leitch-Smith is a product of the Crewe Alexandra football academy, and it has to be noted that he made 103 appearances for the club’s first team.
After spending several seasons on loan at Halifax Town, Newcastle Town, IBV, and Curzon Ashton, the English footballer joined Yeovil Town on a permanent basis in the 2014/2015 season. A-Jay Leitch-smith played for the likes of Port Vale, Shrewsbury Town, and Dundee (loan) as well before moving to his current club Morecambe.
Leitch-Smith is a very intelligent and creative attacker with good technical abilities. His preferred foot is centre-forward, but he is used as both second striker and right winger as well. The English footballer, who wears the number 28 jersey at Morecambe, has a contract with the Shrimps until June 30, 2021.
