After rolling over Chelsea U21 3-0 in the EFL Trophy, Northampton Town will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on Bolton on Matchday 10. The Cobblers were on a three-game winning run in the League One before the Wycombe defeat and, no doubt, they want to get back on course as soon as possible. Midfielder Elliott List is unlikely to feature against Bolton after picking up a knock in the midweek triumph, while duo Guthrie – Shaw remains in the recovery room.
The Trotters, on the other hand, outplayed Man City U21 3-0 in their EFL Trophy game to give fans yet another reason to celebrate. Bolton have been scoring goals for fun in all competitions of late and given Northampton’s signs of improvement up front, both teams to score betting option should be considered.
