Buoyed by a 3-2 win over Cheltenham, Peterborough will look to give fans yet another reason for celebration when they face Morecambe in the League One round 2. The Posh looked sharp in front of goal in their opener, with substitute Jack Marriott breaking the deadlock. The 27-year-old is pushing for a start, but a man to watch in the home team will be Jonson Clarke-Harris, who scored a brace in the opening match of the season.
Morecambe, on the other hand, were more than fortunate not to suffer a loss to Shrewsbury in front of home fans (0-0), which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. In their last meeting in a competitive match Morecambe defeated Peterborough 3-2, meaning that the hosts are hungry for revenge. There are no fresh injury worries in the away team ahead of Saturday’s clash.

Born in Waunarlwydd, Wales on March 28, 1991, David Cornell is a goalkeeper who plays for Northampton Town in the League Two. The 180-cm tall shot-stopper is a product of the Swansea City football school, but he did not make any appearances for the Swans at senior level.
Cornell played for the likes of Port Talbot Town, Hereford United, St. Mirren, and Portsmouth on loan before signing a permanent contract with Oldham Athletic in the 2015/2016 season. In the summer of 2016, he joined Northampton Town on a two-year deal.
Speaking of his international career, David Cornell has three caps with the Wales U21 team, but he has yet to earn a call-up for the senior team. The Northampton Town goalkeeper wears the number 1 jersey, and his preferred foot is right. He has a contract with the Cobblers until June 30, 2020.
