Buoyed by the EFL Cup triumph over Sutton, Port Vale will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on Bolton in the League One round 10. The Valiants aim to climb to automatic promotion berth and we are positive that they will adopt an attack-minded approach in Saturday’s derby. Experienced midfielder Funso Ojo is widely expected to return to the starting XI after scoring as a substitute in the midweek triumph.
The Trotters, on the other hand, rolled over Man Utd U21 8-1 in the EFL Trophy, but beating Port Vale at Vale Park is easier said than done. Taking everything into account, we believe that there is a big value in betting on draw. As for the visiting team, defender Gethin Jones is banned for the match following his sending off in the 1-1 draw with Peterborough.

Funso Ojo is a Belgium international who plays for Aberdeen as a midfielder. Ojo was born in Antwerp on August 28, 1991, starting his youth career at Olse Merksem. In 2004 he was spotted by PSV scouts, moving to Eindhoven very soon.
Funso Ojo made 11 appearances for PSV in the Dutch Eredivisie before moving to Beerschot AC, yet another club from his youth career. The Belgium international played for the likes of Royal Antwerp, Dordrecht, Willem II, and Scunthorpe United before signing a deal with Aberdeen in 2019. Funso Ojo made his Scotland Premiership debut in a 3-2 win over Hearts.
Speaking of his international career, Ojo has one cap with the Belgium U21 team, but he has yet to earn a call-up for the Belgium senior team. His primary position is central midfield, but he is capable of producing fine displays as a defensive midfielder. As his parents are of Nigeria descent, the Aberdeen footballer has a dual citizenship.

Bolton Wanderers were formed as Christ Church Football Club back in 1874 and three years later they adopted their current name. The Trotters currently compete in the Championship and they play their home games at Macron Stadium, which was opened in 1997.
Speaking of the club’s trophies, Bolton Wanderers won the FA Cup on four occasions (1923, 1926, 1929 and 1958), but they have yet to win the Premier League title. The Trotters were producing splendid displays in the 2003/2004 Premier League campaign, with the team finishing the season in eighth position in the standings, which is regarded as the club’s best result in the English top flight.

Nigeria international Jay-Jay Okocha is one of the most notable footballers who played for Bolton and he scored 14 goals in 124 appearances in the league for the club. Bury are considered the club’s fiercest rivals.
