Our prediction for this League 2 match:
AFC Wimbledon and Accrington Stanley go head to head at the Cherry Red Records Stadium in what is expected to be an exciting League Two game. The Dons have been struggling in front of goal of late, with the team failing to find the net in the previous three league matches and, no doubt, they are eager to put an end to their goalless run on Tuesday evening. There are no fresh injury worries in the home team, but experienced midfielder Harry Pell could sneak into the starting XI.
The Accy Stanley, on the other hand, defeated MK Dons thanks to Shaun Whalley’s goal, with the team extending their winning run in all competitions to four matches. Accrington, though, have already suffered three defeats on the road this term, which is probably the main reason why we are going to bet on the home team. As for the away team, Tommy Leigh is pushing for a start.
Highlighted Player (Nikola Tzanev):
Nikola Tzanev is a New Zealand goalkeeper who started his youth career at Crystal Palace. Tzanev then moved to Brentford and he continued wearing the red and white shirt at senior level. After ending his loan spell with Lewes, the 195-cm-tall shoot-stopper moved to AFC Wimbledon in 2017.
During the 2018/2019 campaign he played for Potters Bar Town as a loan player, but at the end of the season he returned to AFC Wimbledon. He made his League One debut with the Dons on August 3, 2019 in a 2-1 loss to Rotherham United. Speaking of his international career, Nik Tzanev made his New Zealand debut in a 1-0 win over Chinese Taipei on June 5, 2018.
The Dons goalkeeper has 3 caps for the New Zealand U20 team as well. Nikola Tzanev was born in Wellington on December 23, 1996 and his preferred foot is right.

Listed as the all-time favourite player amongst fans, Chris Grimshaw is one of the most famous Accrington Stanley footballers. However, George Stewart is the team’s top scorer, netting 136 goals in total from 1954 to 1958. It has to be noted that the Accy have yet to represent England in European competitions.
