Buoyed by the EFL Cup triumph over Championship side Hull City, Bradford City will look to record their first League Two win of the season when they welcome Newport County to Valley Parade. The Bantams proved their worth in the EFL Cup triumph, with Andy Cook scoring a brace. The experienced forward is pushing for a start, as well as important midfielder Lee Angol, who was rested in Tuesday’s clash.
The Exiles, on the other hand, gave fans some cheer in midweek as they shocked Luton Town in their EFL Cup opener. His primary position is centre-back, but he is capable of producing fine displays as a right-back as well. His preferred foot is right. James Clark made his League Two debut with Walsall on August 3, 2019 in a 1-0 win over Northampton Town.
