After playing out a goalless draw with Mansfield in midweek, Forest Green will be looking to return to winning ways in the League Two when they take on Bolton at the New Lawn. Despite dropping two points in Tuesday’s clash, the Green army remained in automatic promotion places, but they can’t afford any complacency in the season finale. Even though both Dan Sweeney and Josh March are out of contention through injuries, we predict that the hosts are going to grab something from Saturday’s match.
The Trotters, on the other hand, are eyeing their fourth consecutive win in the League Two. Considering that Bolton have been impressive in front of goal in March, we believe that punters can find value in betting on both teams to score. Eoin Doyle, who found the net in the 2-1 win over Wallsall, is widely expected to lead the line for the visitors.

After making 35 appearances for the Shots in the league, Dom Bernard joined Forest Green in the summer of 2019. He made his debut with the Green Army against Oldham Athletic on the opening day of the 2019/2020 season. Bernard, who quickly established himself as a first-team regular at Forest Green, has one cap with the Republic of Ireland U18 team while making two appearances with the U17 team.
He was born in Gloucester, England on March 29, 1997, and he wears the number 3 shirt at Forest Green. His main position is right back, but he is capable of producing fine performances as a centre-back as well.
