Colchester
Port Vale play host to Colchester United at their Vale Park in what is expected to be an entertaining League Two encounter. The Valiants have been impressive in front of home fans of late, and it is no wonder the bookies see them as favourites to win Saturday’s clash. The U’s, on the other hand, are not enjoying a season to remember, with the team sitting in 19th place in the standings ahead of the trip to Vale Park.
Colchester United were beaten by Tranmere (0-2) in their last away game, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the hosts. When the two teams met at Colchester Community Stadium earlier in 2021 Port Vale defeated Colchester Thanks to Devante Rodney’s goal. The 23-year-old attacker returned to contention on Tuesday evening, and he is now pushing for a start.

David Amoo is a professional football player who was born in Southwark, London, England on April 13, 1991. Amoo spent his youth career at the likes of Millwall and Liverpool, but nowadays he plays for League Two side Port Vale.
It has to be noted that the pacey winger played for the likes of Milton Keynes Dons (loan), Hull City (loan), Bury (loan), Preston, Tranmere Rovers, Carlisle United, Patrick Thistle, and Cambridge United as well before joining the Valiants in the summer of 2019. David Amoo made his League Two debut with Port Vale on August 3, 2019, in a 1-1 draw with Colchester United.
He scored his first goal for the Valiants in a 1-1 draw with Northampton Town seven days later. His primary position is a right winger, but he is often used as both left winger and second striker. David Amoo has dual citizenship (England/Nigeria).
