Port Vale and Exeter take on each other at Vale Park in what is expected to be a close League Two encounter. The Valiants are eager to stay in automatic promotion berth, but this match will be anything but a walk in the park for the home team. The bad news for the hosts is that important defender Dan Jones is banned for Saturday’s clash.
Exeter, on the other hand, suffered a dip in form, with the team failing to win the previous four league fixtures. David Amoo is a professional football player who was born in Southwark, London, England on April 13, 1991. Amoo spent his youth career at the likes of Millwall and Liverpool, but nowadays he plays for League Two side Port Vale.
It has to be noted that the pacey winger played for the likes of Milton Keynes Dons (loan), Hull City (loan), Bury (loan), Preston, Tranmere Rovers, Carlisle United, Patrick Thistle, and Cambridge United as well before joining the Valiants in the summer of 2019. David Amoo made his League Two debut with Port Vale on August 3, 2019, in a 1-1 draw with Colchester United.
He scored his first goal for the Valiants in a 1-1 draw with Northampton Town seven days later. His primary position is a right winger, but he is often used as both left winger and second striker. David Amoo has dual citizenship (England/Nigeria).
