Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Auxerre will be aiming to recover from back-to-back losses to Nice and Nantes when they face Monaco in the Ligue 1 round 4. Auxerre suffered a dip in form and they face yet another uphill task against the Champions-League-chasing visitors. Goalkeeper Donovan Leon serves the second of his two-game ban, while midfielder Nathan Buayi-Kiala remains in the recovery room. Defender Sinaly Diomande will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
Les Rouges et Blancs, on the other hand, aim to build on a 3-2 win over Strasbourg. Monaco seem to be more of a team than Auxerre and given the home side’s shaky defence, away win should be considered. There are no fresh injury worries in the visiting team ahead of Saturday’s clash. In their last meeting at the venue, Monaco recorded a routine 3-0 win over Auxerre, which definitely supports our betting prediction.
