Our prediction for this Ligue 1 match:
Stade Francis – Le Ble will host Saturday’s football game between Brest and Olympique Marseille, the two teams who should play an important role in the upcoming Ligue 1 campaign. Brest failed to impress in preseason, with the team losing to the likes of Laval, Napoli, and Newcastle United and they face yet another difficult task against OM. As important forward Steve Mounie has left the club, home win should not be considered.
Olympique Marseille, meanwhile, aim to build on a 3-1 win over Augsburg, but this match will be anything but a walk in the park for new signing Mason Greenwood and Co. It has to be noted that the likes of Iliman Ndiaye, Ismaila Sarr, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, and Vitinha are no longer part of the Stade Velodrome outfit. You should bear in mind that under 2.5 goals have been netted in three of the previous four meetings between the two sides.
