Our prediction for this MLS match:
Out-of-form Austin FC will look to return to winning ways in MLS when they face Portland Timbers on Sunday morning. Austin have been struggling at the back of late, but this match could be the turning point for the playoffs-chasing hosts. Defender Zan Kolmanic misses out with an ACL injury, but he should be the only absentee in the home team.
The Timbers, on the other hand, aim to build on a 2-0 win over Los Angeles FC. As Portland are in a position to climb to the playoffs berth as well, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. The good news for the visitors is that experienced Croatia midfielder Dario Zuparic is back from suspension, while all Jaroslaw Niezgoda, David Ayala, and Eryk Williamson remain on the sidelines with injuries. In their last encounter in the Major League Soccer the two teams played out a 2-2 draw.
