Our prediction for this MLS match:
Following back-to-back defeats to Nashville (2-5) and New England Revolution (2-3), DC United will be looking to return to winning ways in the Major League Soccer when they take on Atlanta United at their Audi Field. The capital club have been struggling at the back of late, but the bookies still see them as favourites to win Sunday’s clash. Paul Arriola limped off with injury after scoring the opener in the midweek defeat, and, as a result, he is going to miss the Atlanta game.
Fellow attacker Yordy Reyna is pushing for a start. The Five Stripes, on the other hand, have been showing signs of improvement of late, with the team eyeing their fourth consecutive league win. Given DC United’s shaky defence, we are positive that the visitors will give fans yet another reason for celebration. A man to watch in the away team will be fit-again attacker Josef Martinez.
