Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
Ajax will be looking to make amends for a shocking 2-1 loss to Twente when they host Zwolle at their Johan Cruijff Arena on Matchday 12. The Amsterdammers are only two points clear of second-place Vitesse, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at Zwolle. Even though Ajax head into the match following the Champions League clash with Atalanta, home win should be considered.
The good news for the title holders is that trio Neres – Mazraoui – Traore should be fit for Saturday’s clash. The Blauwingers did well to beat Vitesse at home ground on Matchday 11, but given their anything but good away record, we are tempted to put our money on the reigning champions. Even though Thomas Lam returns from suspension for the visitors, Ajax should win this match without any difficulties. The Amsterdammers are eyeing their tenth consecutive win over the Blauwingers in the Eredivisie.

Highlighted Player (Davy Klaassen):

Davy Klaassen is a product of Ajax’s youth academy. He played for the Amsterdammers at youth level from 2004 to 2012 and he made his debut for the senior team against Olympique Lyon in the Champions League group stages. Klaassen was born on 22 February, 1993 in Hilversum, Netherlands and he plays as an attacking midfielder.
He is capable of playing as a secondary striker as well and it has to be noted that the Dutch footballer scored 13 goals in 31 league appearances for Ajax in the 2015/2016 Eredivisie campaign. Klaassen has four caps for Netherlands U21 team and he made his debut for the first team on 5 March, 2014 in a friendly against France.
The Dutch midfielder scored his first goal for the national team against Spain on 31 March, 2015 and, no doubt, that was one of the brightest moments of his career. The Ajax footballer won his third Eredivisie trophy with the Amsterdammers in the 2013/2014 campaign.
Highlighted Team (Zwolle):

Founded on June 12, 1910, PEC Zwolle is a Dutch football club which competes in the Eredivisie. Zwolle have yet to win the national championship, but they did remarkably well to lift the Dutch Cup trophy in 2014. Ron Jans’s troops impressed in the title game, with the team rolling over Dutch giants Ajax 5-1.
The Blauwingers play their home games at MACPARK Stadion, the venue with the capacity of 14,000 people. The multi-use stadium was opened on August 29, 2009. Zwolle’s home kit is blue and white, while the colour of their away jersey is green and white. In the 2014/15 season the Blauwingers represented the Netherlands in the Europa League, with the team losing to Sparta Prague in the play-off round.
The likes of Henk Timmer (237), Johan Hansma (231), Bert Konterman (219), Arne Slot (208), and Jasper Drost (182) are the players with the most league appearances for the club. Go Ahead Eagles are considered the club’s biggest rivals as both teams are located at the river Ijssel.
