Our prediction for this Netherlands Eredivisie match:
Gofferstadion will host Saturday’s football game between NEC and Emmen. The hosts are undefeated in the previous four league fixtures, and they must be high on spirits ahead of the visit of Emmen. Morocco midfielder Oussama Tannane is banned for the match following his sending off in a goalless draw with Vitesse, with Souffian El Karouani missing out through suspension as well. Midfielder Jordy Bruijn has yet to overcome a knee problem.
Meanwhile, the visitors aim to escape the relegation zone, but given their poor away record (1-0-7) in the 2022/2023 season, we predict that the hosts are going to emerge triumphant in Saturday’s encounter. Both Jeff Hardeveld and Maikel Kieftenbeld are sidelined with injuries, while duo Metehan Guclu – Mart Lieder will be assessed ahead of the kick-off. In their last meeting at the venue NEC Nijmegen defeated Emmen 4-1.
