Our prediction for this Portugal Primeira Liga match:
After playing out a goalless draw with Ferreira on Matchday 5, Braga will be looking to return to winning ways when they host Tondela to their Estadio Municipal de Braga. The Reds head into the match following the Europa League clash with Serbian champions Crvena Zvezda, meaning that tired legs could prove to be a problem for the home side. Anyhow, Braga are seen as hot favourites to win Monday’s clash as Tondela are not regarded as good travelers.
Summer signing Mario Gonzales is widely expected to lead the line for the hosts. The Yellow-Greens, on the other hand, are on a four-game losing run in the national championship, which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. Defender Jota Goncalves, who limped off with injury in the 2-1 loss to Estoril, is unlikely to feature against Braga.
