When do we release the Premier League Predictions?

Our football tips are released on Monday at 12:00 London Time and Midweek day after last games are played, at 12:00 London Time. But if you are looking for football predictions of today, check out our Football Predictions page!

Our Mission

The mission that we stand by is to provide the most accurate and reliable Premier League predictions as soon as the games are analyzed and double-checked in order to provide our readers with the best possible experience.

Premier League Predictions by FootballPredictions.com

The English Premier League is one of the biggest football competitions on the planet. It was founded in 1992 and has only grown since.

Today, it holds the crown as the most-watched sports league in the world and brings in staggering numbers as it is broadcasted in 212 territories with a potential audience of 4.7 billion people.

The league consists of 20 teams which face each other on two occasions, home and away, meaning that there is a total of 38 matches each team has to play. The Premier League season starts in August and ends in May. It represents the peak of the English football pyramid.

Promotion and Relegation

Every year, the bottom three teams are relegated and replaced with teams from the second tier of English football called the Championship – where top two teams have a guaranteed promotion and the next four compete in the playoffs, with the winner gaining the third promotional spot into the elite rank.

UEFA Champions League and Europa League

Due to the success that their clubs have had in the recent years, four leading Premier League sides are automatically qualified for the UEFA Champions League, whereas the fifth-placed club competes in the Europa League. The sixth-placed Premier League side has to go through qualification rounds in order to play in Europe.

Premier League Tips, Predictions and Betting advice

Thanks to it being the largest, the Premier League is also considered one of the most lucrative competitions to bet on. Since the season extensive and usually closely-knit throughout, it can provide great opportunities for punters to benefit from fantastic odds.

The transfer deadline change

Over the years, the Premier League season would start before the transfer market even closes and, for that reason, it has been quite eventful and unpredictable straight from the off. Clubs from the top tier of English football have, however, voted to change the practice and since August 2018 a Premier League summer transfer window is to officially commence on the Thursday before the start of the season.

Such a rule is intended to stabilise the competition but is not expected to take away the excitement and anticipation. The early stages of a season would often spring plenty of surprises and see the underdogs benefit from high expectations and pressure sitting on the favourites’ shoulders. As the season progresses, however, it the teams slowly start finding their rhythm and form which – in case of top English sides – makes betting on the favourites at home the way to go.

Popular betting tips

Some teams are more attractive to watch and, as a result, tend to produce more goals. Betting on goals turned out to be quite a popular option with Liverpool and Manchester City in particular, in the season of 2018/19. Other teams, such as Stoke, for example, are no strangers to defending their ground.

There is a reason they say - if you can do it on a rainy night in Stoke, you can do it almost anywhere.
