Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Deportivo Alaves and Getafe take on each other at Estadio Mendizorrotza in the La Liga round 17. The Basques aim to make amends for back-to-back losses to Celta Vigo and Granada, and they are likely to fight tooth and nail in the relegation six-pointer. Ruben Duarte is back from suspension, whilst fellow defender remains in the recovery room. Los Azulones, on the other hand, are undefeated in the previous three league fixtures.
The capital club head into the match following a goalless draw with Athletic Club, but it has to be noted that they missed a couple of clear-cut chances to score in Monday’s clash. Since both Alaves and Getafe are eager to return to winning ways in La Liga, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. Macias and Abdulai should be the only absentees in the away team.
