Monday’s game between Barcelona and Granada will bring down the curtain on day 5 of the new La Liga campaign. The Catalans are eyeing their third win of the season, and they are likely to go all guns blazing at los Granadinos. Memphis Depay, who impressed in September World Cup qualifiers with the Netherlands, will be the man to watch in the home team, while Braithwaite, Wague, Fati, Aguero, and Dembele remain in the recovery room.
The Andalusians sit in the danger zone ahead of the trip to Barcelona, and given their defensive displays in back-to-back losses to Rayo Vallecano (0-4) and Real Betis (1-2), anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise. Defender Neyder Lozano should be the only absentee in the away team. In their last meeting at Camp Nou Granada shocked Barca, meaning that Ronald Koeman’s troops are hungry for revenge.

Memphis Depay is a Dutch winger who started his professional career at PSV Eindhoven. During the 2014/2015 Eredivisie campaign the pacey footballer was on Manchester United’s radar and on June 12, 2015 the Premier League club confirmed the signing of the Dutchman. Many people expected that he would impress in the 2015/2016 Premier League season, but the former PSV ace played below expectations for the Red Devils, scoring only two goals (one assist) during the season.
After playing only for league games for Man Utd in the 2016/2017 season, Memphis Depay was sold to Olympique Lyon on January 20, 2017. Depay signed a four-and-a-half year deal with les Gones for a fee of around £16 million. The Dutch winger was producing fine performances for Lyon in the 2016/2017 season; he scored five goals for the club, while providing eight assists for his teammates.
Memphis Depay made his senior debut for Netherlands on October 15, 2013 in a 2-0 win over Turkey. Depay did well to win the 2011 European Championship with Netherlands U17 team.

Granada are an Andalusian football club that plays in Spanish La Liga. The club were founded on 14 April, 1931 and they have yet to win the Primera Division trophy. El Grana, though, booked their place in the Spanish Cup final in 1959, but Barcelona proved to be a big catch for the Andalusian outfit.
Granada host their rivals at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes, the stadium that was built in 1995. The capacity of the stadium is 23,934. Granada’s main rivals are fellow Andalusian team Sevilla, but Real Betis are regarded as the club’s bitter rivals as well.
The likes of Yacine Brahimi, Juan Aguero, Gustavo Benitez, Pahinho, Denis Milar, Julio Montero Castillo, Capi, Cesar and Jose Mingorance are famous players that were part of the Estadio El Sadar outfit in the past. The original colour of Granada’s kits were blue and white, but after the Spanish Civil War the club chiefs bought new ones (red and white).
