Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Buoyed by a hard-fought 1-0 win over Espanyol, Real Sociedad will look to give fans yet another reason for celebration when they take on Elche in the La Liga round 31. The Basques aim to keep their Champions League hopes alive, and they are likely to go all guns blazing at los Franjiverdes. Adnan Januzaj is banned for the match, while all Mikel Oyarzabal, Nacho Monreal, Carlos Fernandez, and Ander Barrenetxea are likely to miss the game with injuries.
The hosts, on the other hand, are safe for now as they are six points clear of bottom three, but they can’t afford any complacency in the remainder of the season. Anyhow, Real Sociedad are more of a team than Elche, and we predict that David Silva and Co. are going to prove their worth on the field. Forward Lucas Boye misses the game through suspension, but he should be the only absentee in the home team.
