Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
After suffering a 1-0 loss to Levante in the local derby, Valencia will be aiming to give fans some cheer when they host Granada at their Estadio de Mestalla in the La Liga round 28. Los Che have been struggling on the travels of late, but they are on a three-game winning run at home ground ahead of the visit of Granada. All Eliaquim Mangala, Cristiano Piccini, and Denis Cheryshev are sidelined through injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Los Granadinos, on the other hand, aim to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Real Sociedad. The Andalusians are a real force to be reckoned with at home, but seeing that they were beaten by both Huesca and Athletic Club in the previous two away games, we are tempted to put our money on Los Che. No fewer than eight Granada players will miss Sunday’s game through injuries.
Highlighted Player (Maximiliano Gómez):

Commonly referred to as Maxi, the Uruguay striker Maximiliano Gomez is a ball playing forward who does not dive into tackles and is not afraid of a challenge to get closer to goal. Led by a genuine predator’s instinct, Maximiliano Gomez is that kind of a striker who’s always hungry for goals – a trait that’s arguably made him one of the hottest youngsters Uruguay has seen over the past decade.
Maxi Gomez is a strong player with a bulking physique. His friends call him Gucci in reference to a weighty singer from Uruguay – Gustavo ‘El Gucci’ Serafini. Having first stepped on the stage with Defensor Sporting in 2015, Maxi grabbed the spotlight in the penalty shootout against Lanus in the Copa Sudamericana Round of 16 when he displayed commendable courage and composure to send his team through in the competition.
Fearless and utterly intrepid in his exploits, Maxi Gomez was sold to Celta de Vigo in 2017 where he would go on to make an instant impact – with a brace on his debut, in a 3-2 defeat against Real Sociedad.
Highlighted Team (Granada):

Granada are an Andalusian football club that plays in Spanish La Liga. The club were founded on 14 April, 1931 and they have yet to win the Primera Division trophy. El Grana, though, booked their place in the Spanish Cup final in 1959, but Barcelona proved to be a big catch for the Andalusian outfit.
Granada host their rivals at Estadio Nuevo Los Carmenes, the stadium that was built in 1995. The capacity of the stadium is 23,934. Granada’s main rivals are fellow Andalusian team Sevilla, but Real Betis are regarded as the club’s bitter rivals as well.
The likes of Yacine Brahimi, Juan Aguero, Gustavo Benitez, Pahinho, Denis Milar, Julio Montero Castillo, Capi, Cesar and Jose Mingorance are famous players that were part of the Estadio El Sadar outfit in the past. The original colour of Granada’s kits were blue and white, but after the Spanish Civil War the club chiefs bought new ones (red and white).
