Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Valladolid will try to recover from a 2-1 loss to Mallorca when they take on Girona on Matchday 36. La Pucela failed to secure the La Liga survival, but their pride will be at stake in the last two games of the season. Valladolid, though, are on a four-game losing run at home, which is probably the main reason why we are not tempted to place our bets on the rock-bottom side. The likes of Sanchez, Torres, and Aidoo are out of contention with injuries for the home team.
The Catalans, on the other hand, aim to bounce back from a heart-breaking loss to Villarreal, but they will have to do it without suspended duo Herrera – Krejci. Anyhow, away win should be considered as Girona are desperate to escape the danger zone. The likes of Gutierrez, Gil, van de Beek, and Misehouy miss out with injuries for the visiting side.
