Our prediction for this Primera Division match:
Villarreal and Osasuna square off against each other at Estadio de la Ceramica in the opening match of Sunday’s program. The Yellow Submarine aim to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Villarreal and Atletico Madrid and we are positive that they will fight tooth and nail against los Rojillos. Alexander Sorloth has joined the likes of Yeremi Pino, Alfonso Pedraza, and Juan Foyth in the recovery room, with Chile international Ben Brereton Diaz likely to step up.
Osasuna, on the other hand, have been struggling at the back of late and seeing that Villarreal are desperate to return to winning ways in La Liga, home win should be considered. Midfielder Darko Brasanac is sidelined with injury with a muscle injury, but there are no suspended players in the away team. In their last meeting at “La Ceramica” Villarreal recorded a routine 2-0 win over Osasuna.
