Our prediction for this Scottish Premiership match:
After dropping two points in a goalless draw with Hibernian, Celtic will look to return to winning ways in the Premiership when they take on St. Mirren on Wednesday evening. Alistair Johnston limped off with injury at the weekend, with fellow defender Anthony Ralston likely to step up. All Reo Hatate, Liel Abada, Maik Nawrocki, Marco Tilio, and James McCarthy are out of contention with injuries.
The Saints, on the other hand, aim to build on a thrilling 4-0 win over St. Johnstone, but given their negative record at Celtic Park, we are tempted to put our money on the league leaders. Ryan Strain is banned for the match, while fellow midfielder Jonah Ayunga misses out with an ACL injury. Last time out the two teams played out a 2-2 draw in Glasgow, but home win should be considered this time out.
