Our prediction for this Segunda Division match:
Girona play host to Alcorcon at their Estadio Municipal de Montilivi in what could be a crucial match for both sides. Girona are eyeing a place in the Segunda Division playoffs, while Alcorcon are determined to secure the survival. The Catalan outfit look unstoppable in the season finale, with the team eyeing their seventh consecutive league win. Despite failing to find the net in the 1-0 win over ten-man Malaga, veteran attacker Christian Stuani should continue to lead the line for the hosts.
Los Alfareros, on the other hand, desperately needed a win against Sabadell, and they managed to get one. Considering that Alcorcon are safe for now, we are tempted to put our money on Girona, who have been in a splendid form in the season finale. You should bear in mind that the Catalan outfit managed to keep five clean sheets in the previous six league matches.
