Our prediction for this Serie B match:
After failing to win the previous three league fixtures, Monza will be looking to get back on course in the Serie B when they take on Ascoli at Stadio Cino e Lillo del Duca on Matchday 33. The Biancorossi want to keep their automatic promotion hopes alive, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at Ascoli. Keep in mind, though, that controversial attacker Balotelli remains in the recovery room alongside Barberis, Gytkjaer, and Lamanna.
Ascoli quickly bounced back from a 2-1 loss to Cosenza, with the team beating Vicenza at home ground, but Monza are likely to pose a much bigger threat for the relegation-threatened hosts than their previous rivals. In the first half of the season Monza defeated Ascoli 2-0, which is yet another reason why we are tempted to put our money on the promotion-chasing visitors. All Charpentier, Stoian, and Vellios are out of contention for the hosts.
