Our prediction for this Serie A match:
High-flying Atalanta will look to record their third consecutive league win when they host Verona to their Gewiss Stadium in the closing match of Saturday’s program. The Orobici have been producing excellent displays in the Serie A of late and they must be brimming with confidence following back-to-back wins over Genoa (5-1) and Venezia (2-0). All Odilon Kossounou, Marco Brescianini, Gianluca Scamacca, and Giorgio Scalvini miss out with injuries.
The Mastini, on the other hand, experienced all sorts of problems at the back in a 3-0 loss to Monza. As Atalanta have turned their Gewiss Stadium into a real fortress, anything but a routine home win would be a big surprise. Midfielder Ondrej Duda serves a one-game ban, while all Martin Frese, Pawel Dawidowicz, Abdou Harroui, and Juan Manuel Cruz are injured for the away team.
