Como will be aiming to build on a 2-1 win over Fiorentina when they take on Cremonese in the Serie A round 5. Como have big ambitions for the 2025/2026 Serie A campaign, but they need to keep on making progress if they are to represent Italy in European competitions next term. Cesc Fabregas has no fresh injury worries and the former Arsenal ace is unlikely to make changes to the team that defeated the Viola at the weekend.
I Grigiorossi, on the other hand, head into the match following back-to-back goalless draws with Verona and Parma. Cremonese are likely to adopt yet another defence-minded approach, but preventing Como from finding the net at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia is easier said than done.
