Fiorentina will be aiming to record their eighth consecutive win in the Serie A when they take on Cagliari on Matchday 15. The Viola are determined to represent Italy in the Champions League next term, but they need to keep on making progress if they are to secure a top-four finish. Midfielder Edoardo Bove misses out with heart problems, but the Roma loanee should be the only absentee in the home team.
The Sardinians, on the other hand, desperately needed a win against Verona and they managed to get one. Cagliari did well to put an end to their five-game winless streak, but they will have a mountain to climb in Florence.
