Our prediction for this Serie A match:
After dropping two points in a 2-2 draw with Parma, Inter will look to return to winning ways in the Serie A when they face Cagliari on Matchday 32. The Nerazzurri are still leading the chase for Scudetto, but with Napoli breathing down their neck. Simone Inzaghi’s men are seen as hot favourites to win Saturday’s clash, but they will have to prove their worth on the field. Both Denzel Dumfries and Piotr Zielinski miss out with injuries, while Iranian striker Mehdi Taremi is a major doubt.
The Rossoblu, on the other hand, are tough to beat at home, but given their difficulties on the road, home win should be considered. Earlier this season, Inter recorded a routine 3-0 win over Cagliari in Sardinia and we predict that history is going to repeat itself. There are no fresh injury worries in the away team ahead of the trip to Milano.
Highlighted Player (Hakan Calhanoglu):

Hakan Calhanoglu is another one in the long line of Turkish footballers who were born in Germany, so it is hardly surprising he came to prominence thanks to his performances in Bundesliga. The attacking midfielder with great vision and very good goalscoring record started his professional career at Karlsruher, scoring impressive 17 goals in 50 league outings to earn a move to Bundesliga side Hamburg.
The spell at Imtech Arena was merely a stepping stone for bigger things as 11 goals in his debut top flight campaign persuaded Bayer Leverkusen to splash nearly €15 million on his services. That proved a very good investment as Calhanoglu continued the rich vein of form, and it is now a matter of time before he joins one of European powerhouses.
The midfield maestro had a bright start to his career in the Turkey national team, scoring 5 goals in first 16 caps, and chances are he will become a leader for Milli Takim in the foreseeable future.
Highlighted Team (Cagliari):

Cagliari are a professional football club based in Cagliari, Sardinia. I Rossoblu (The Red and Blues) compete in Italian Serie A and the club’s biggest success came in 1970, when they won the national championship.
Cagliari finished the season in top position in the standings, four points clear of Juventus and it has to be noted that Luigi Riva led Cagliari to their first Serie A trophy.
I Rossoblu welcome their rivals at Stadio Sant’Elia and the capacity of the stadium is 16,000. In the 1993/1994 season Cagliari made it to the UEFA Cup semis, with the team suffering a loss to fellow Italian club Inter in the two-legged tie.
Giuseppe Pancaro helped Cagliari record a 3-2 win over Inter in the first leg, but I Rossoblu were hammered by the Nerazzurri in the second leg (3-0). Palermo are regarded as Cagliari’s main rivals and the two teams square off against each other in the Derby delle Isole.
