There will be fireworks when Juventus and Inter lock horns at Allianz Stadium in what promises to be an exciting football game. Juve aim to build on back-to-back wins over Parma (2-0) and Genoa (1-0), but Inter will surely pose a much bigger threat for “The Old Lad” than their previous rivals. As Kolo Muani joined Tottenham in the closing stages of the transfer window, Serbia international Dusan Vlahovic is widely expected to lead the line for the hosts. Andrea Cambiaso continues to miss out through suspension.
The Nerazzurri, on the other hand, suffered a shocking 2-1 loss to Udinese at the weekend following a routine 5-0 win over Torino in the season opener. Inter and Juventus seem to be evenly matched at the moment and, taking everything into account, we predict that they are going to share the spoils in Saturday’s derby. Henrikh Mkhitaryan is pushing for a start, while there are no fresh injury worries in the visiting team.

Hakan Calhanoglu is another one in the long line of Turkish footballers who were born in Germany, so it is hardly surprising he came to prominence thanks to his performances in Bundesliga. The spell at Imtech Arena was merely a stepping stone for bigger things as 11 goals in his debut top flight campaign persuaded Bayer Leverkusen to splash nearly €15 million on his services. That proved a very good investment as Calhanoglu continued the rich vein of form, and it is now a matter of time before he joins one of European powerhouses.
The midfield maestro had a bright start to his career in the Turkey national team, scoring 5 goals in first 16 caps, and chances are he will become a leader for Milli Takim in the foreseeable future.
