Sunderland will be looking to build on a hard-fought 1-0 win over Ipswich Town when they take on Gillingham at their Stadium of Light. The Black Cats have been in a fine form of late, but they need to keep on making progress if they are to return to the Championship. The Black Cats have been impressive at the back in 2021, and we are positive that they will rely on their rock-solid defence in Saturday’s clash.
Conor McLaughlin remains in the recovery room, but he should be the only absentee in the home team. The Gills, on the other hand, aim to build on a thrilling 4-1 win over Crewe Alexandra. Gillingham have been producing fine displays in the second half of the season as well, but they will have a big fish to fry in the Stadium of Light showdown.
