The mighty Bavarians suffered an embarrassing 4-2 loss to Bochum at the weekend, meaning that they are desperate to give fans some cheer. Alphonso Davies continues to miss out through illness, while goalkeeper Manuel Neuer and midfielder Leon Goretzka are sidelined with injuries. As always, a man to watch in the away side will be top scorer Robert Lewandowski.
The Red Bulls will have a mountain to climb in the first leg, but seeing that Bayern Munchen experienced all sorts of problems at the back in their last league match, we are positive that the underdogs will find the net in front of home fans. The highly rated midfielder has been a member of the national team for over ten years and chances are he will not be retiring any time soon.
