Slovenia
Serbia will look to make amends for an unexpected 1-0 loss to Norway when they take on Slovenia at Stadion Rajko Mitic. Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic has been ruled out with injury, and in his absence, Fulham top scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic will lead the line for the White Eagles. Pacey winger Nemanja Radonjic is pushing for a start, but Dragan Stojkovic is unlikely to make too many changes to the team that faced Erling Haland and Co.
Slovenia, on the other hand, kicked off their Nations League campaign with a 2-0 loss to Sweden. Since the Zmajceki are desperate to grab something from Sunday’s clash as well, we believe that there is a big value in betting on both teams to score. Josip Ilicic remains on the sidelines for the visitors, while Benjamin Verbic could be recalled to the starting XI.

Nemanja Matic is a Serbian footballer who plays for Premier League side Chelsea. The 194-cm-tall midfielder was born on 1 August, 1988 and he began his football career (youth) at Radnicki Obrenovac.
In 2005 he signed for Kolubara and after impressing with Kosice in the 2008/2009 campaign, Chelsea owners decided to sign him. Nemanja spent the 2010/2011 season on loan at Vitesse and at the end of the season he signed a deal with Portuguese giants Benfica, with David Luiz heading in the other direction.
Matic was in the form of his life in the 2013/2014 Primeira Liga campaign and he helped the Eagles clinch the domestic trophy. He rejoined Chelsea in 2014 for a fee of €25M and he helped the Blues win the Premier League title in the 2014/2015 season. Nemanja Matic has also developed into a key member of the Serbian national team that have been largely struggling of late.

Slovenia have been competing on the international stage following the split of Yugoslavia in 1991. The Slovenians were outclassed by France in their first unofficial match (0-5), whilst they shared the spoils with Estonia in their first official game (1-1).
The former Yugoslav republic participated at three major football tournaments, with the team making it to the FIFA World Cup finals in Japan and South Korea (2002) and South Africa 2010, whilst booking their place at the Euro 2000 which was hosted by Netherlands and Belgium. Slovenia, though, have yet to make it to the knockout stages of the major tournament and that remains their unfulfilled dream.
Srecko Katanec and Zlatko Zahovic are regarded as the most famous footballers who played for the Slovenian national football team and they were part of Slovenia’s “Golden generation”. The Slovenians, who recorded their biggest win against Oman in 1999, welcome their rivals at Ljudski vrt in Stozice and the capacity of the venue is 12.702.
