There will be fireworks when Lyon and Monaco face each other at Parc Olympique Lyon in the Ligue 1 derby. Les Gones aim to recover from a 2-1 loss to Clermont and seeing that they are four points behind the Conference League berth, this has to go down as a must-win game for the home side. Bradley Barcola should miss out through illness, while Jerome Boateng has yet to overcome a muscle injury.
Les Rouges et Blancs, on the other hand, played out a goalless draw with Lille in their last league match. Monaco have slim Champions League chances and seeing that Lyon are a real force to be reckoned with at home, we predict that the visitors will return home empty-handed.
