Breidablik will look to make amends for back-to-back defeats to Valur (2-4) and KR Reykjavik (3-4) when they take on Zorya in the Conference League group stages, round 2. Breidablik suffered a 3-2 loss to Maccabi Tel Aviv in their opener and they are likely to stick to their attacking style of play. Midfielder Patrik Johannesen misses out with injury, but there are no fresh selection worries in the home team.
The Ukrainians, on the other hand, did well to hold Gent to a 1-1 draw in the opening match of their Conference League campaign. Zorya have been struggling in front of goal in the national championship of late, but given Breidablik’s shaky defence, we predict that both sides are going to find the net in Thursday’s encounter. As for the visiting team, both Arseniy Batagov and Dmytro Matsapura are out of contention through injuries.

Despite suffering the loss to the Miners in the Ukrainian Cup final, Zorya made it to the Europa League group stages.
