Our prediction for this Premier League match:
Following a routine 3-0 win over Bristol Rovers in the FA Cup round 3, Ipswich Town will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on Brighton on Thursday evening. The Tractor Boys are eager to escape the relegation zone, but they will have a big fish to fry against the Seagulls. Key attacker Liam Delap returns to the starting XI after the 21-year-old was given a rest against the Pirates, while all Axel Tuenzebe, Sam Szmodics, Omari Hutchinson, and Chiedozie Ogbene miss out with injuries.
As Ipswich head into the midweek clash with a severely-weakened squad, home win should not be considered. Brighton, on the other hand, faced no difficulties in a 4-0 win over Norwich City at the weekend and given the number of absentees in the home team, there is a big value in betting on the visiting side. The good news for the away team is that midfielder Yankuba Minteh has overcome his minor injury.
