Our prediction for this Belgium Pro League match:
Cercle Brugge and Genk take on each other at Jan Breydel Stadion in what is expected to be a close Jupiler League encounter. Cercle Brugge failed to win the previous four league matches and they face yet another difficult task against Genk. Both Edgaras Utkus and Flavio Nazinho are sidelined with injuries, while Jordan Semedo is a major doubt and the midfielder will be assessed ahead of the kick-off.
Genk, on the other hand, do not seem to be at their sharpest, with the team suffering back-to-back defeats to Club Brugge. As Genk have been struggling at the back of late, which is probably the main reason why home win should be considered. As Wouter Vrancken is expected to shuffle his pack, both Bangoura and Bonsu Baah are pushing for recalls to the starting XI. It has to be noted that Cercle Brugge are eyeing their first win over Genk since November 24, 2018.
