Following a 2-2 draw with Leuven, Westerlo will look to return to winning ways when they face Charleroi on Friday evening. Westerlo want to move closer to the Conference League playoffs spot and they are likely to adopt an attack-minded approach against Charleroi. Midfielder Alfie Devine is widely expected to return to the starting XI after scoring as a substitute in the last league match, while there are no fresh injury worries in the home team.
The Black and Whites, on the other hand, desperately needed a win against Standard Liege and they managed to get one, with Antoine Bernier scoring the only goal of the match. Charleroi, though, have been having their ups and downs on the road of late, which is the main reason why we are going to place our bets on draw.
