Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Sunday’s football game between Augsburg and Freiburg will bring down the curtain on the Bundesliga round 23. The Bavarians are eager to put an end to their four-match winless run, but they face a tough challenge against Christian Streich’s troops. Both Jeffrey Gouweleeuw and Mads Pedersen are banned for the match, while the likes of Dion Beljo, Reece Oxford, Fredik Jensen, and Patric Pfeiffer continue to miss out with injuries.
Freiburg, on the other hand, do not seem to be at their sharpest, with the team failing to win the previous four league fixtures. Anyhow, the share of spoils is on the cards as Augsburg and Freiburg seem to be evenly matched at the moment. All Yannik Keitel, Matthias Ginter, Philipp Lienhart, Kenneth Schmidt, Max Rossenfelder, and Daniel-Kofi Kyereh remain in the recovery room. Austria forward Michael Gregoritsch is widely expected to return to the starting XI.
