All eyes will be on Red Bull Arena when Leipzig and Bayern Munich square off against each other in the Bundesliga derby. The Red Bulls aim to recover from a heavy 4-0 loss to Eintracht Frankfurt and a win over Bayern Munich could see them climb to the Champions League berth. Lois Openda is widely expected to return to the starting XI, while El Chadaille Bitshiabu misses out through suspension.
The Bavarians, on the other hand, faced no difficulties in a 3-0 win over Mainz. Bayern Munich are on the right track to regain the Bundesliga trophy, but beating Leipzig on the road is easier said than done. Anyhow, both teams to score betting option should be considered as both sides are likely to adopt an attack-minded approach in Saturday’s showdown. In Harry Kane’s absence, Thomas Muller is widely expected to lead the line for the league leaders, while all Jamal Musiala, Alphonso Davies, and Dayot Upamecano remain in the recovery room.
