Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Borussia M’gladbach will be aiming to make amends for a heavy 6-0 loss to Bayern Munchen when they take on Stuttgart in the penultimate game of the season. Die Fohlen have been struggling at the back of late, and, as a result, they have slim chances of booking their place in European competitions. Both Mamadou Doucoure and Torben Musel are sidelined with injuries, but there are no suspended players in the home team.
Die Schwaben, on the other hand, defeated Augsburg at the weekend, with the team putting an end to their four-game losing run. Stuttgart aim to finish the season in the top half of the standings, and seeing that both sides will go for a win in Saturday’s clash, over 2.5 goals betting option should be considered. Naouirou Ahamada is banned for the match, while Mavropanos, Massimo, Coulibaly, Mangala, Gonzalez, Wamangituka, and Egloff are sidelined with injuries.
Highlighted Player (Christoph Kramer):
Christoph Kramer is a German midfielder born in Solingen on 19 February 1991, and he is most famous for helping Germany lift the 2014 World Cup trophy. The defensive midfielder came to prominence after signing for Bayer Leverkusen, but it was the loan spells with VFL Bochum and Borussia M’gladbach that seriously aided his development.
Kramer received a surprise call up to Joachim Low’s World Cup squad, and he made a total of three appearances in Brazil, even starting the final against Argentina. The midfielder, however, suffered a concussion just after the half hour mark and he later confessed that he couldn’t remember anything from the most important game in his career.
Kramer remained a member of the Germany national team, making three appearances in the Euro 2016 qualifiers, and there is plenty of time for him to represent the country at another major tournament, playing a more important role than the one he had at the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
