Our prediction for this Bundesliga match:
Buoyed by a thrilling 4-1 win over Freiburg, Union Berlin will look to clinch their spot in the Europa League when they take on Bochum in the Bundesliga round 34. The capital club want to put icing on the cake on a very successful season, and the bookies see them as hot favourites to win Saturday’s clash. Urs Fisher is unlikely to make changes to the team that outplayed Freiburg at the weekend, but both Frederik Ronnow and Dominique Heintz remain in the recovery room.
Bochum, on the other hand, managed to secure the Bundesliga survival, with the team meeting their primary goal. Since the visitors have little to play for in Saturday’s showdown, anything but a routine home win would be a major surprise. Defender Konstantinos Stafylidis is back from suspension for the visiting side.
