Following a 2-2 draw with Mainz, Wolfsburg will look to put an end to their six-game winless run when they take on Freiburg on Matchday 31. The Wolves are stuck in the middle of the table with little to play for, but their pride will be at stake in the season finale. Midfielder Yannick Gerhardt is back from suspension, while all Dzenan Pejcinovic, Mathys Angely, and Sebastiaan Bornauw remain in the treatment room.
Julian Schuster’s men, on the other hand, aim to build on a hard-fought 3-2 win over Hoffenheim.
