Our prediction for this Championship match:
This Friday night's solo English Championship game sees Birmingham take on Middlesborough at the St Andrew's Trillion Trophy Stadium. Both teams who've struggled for form this season, find themselves hovering in mid-table at 14th and 19th respectively. Birmingham is coming into this game, having taken no points from its last three league matches. Meanwhile, Middlesborough has managed just one point in its previous three.
Historically Boro dominates the head to head, having won half of the 28 games played between the two teams. Birmingham additionally, is winless in the last ten games played amongst the two. Both teams have had a forgettable league campaign so far and will fancy their chances against an opponent with similar form and quality. Birmingham will look to make its home advantage count, but Middlesborough's head to head supremacy should give it a slight edge. Considering each team's goalscoring frailties, we do not believe this game will provide us with many goals either.

Newcastle United and Sunderland are regarded as the club’s main rivals, but there is a rivalry with Leeds United as well.
Middlesbrough made it to the FA Cup final in 1997, but Chelsea proved to be a big catch for the Boro in the title game (0-2).
