Our prediction for this Championship match:
Blackburn Rovers will be looking to make amends for a 1-0 loss to Sheffield Wednesday when they take on Huddersfield Town at their Ewood Park. The Riversiders have been anything but impressive in the season finale, and the lack of motivation seems to be the team’s main problem. Blackburn are eager to give fans something to cheer about, and we are positive that they will go all guns blazing at the Terriers on Matchday 44.
Huddersfield Town are on the right track to secure the Championship survival as they are eight points clear of the relegation zone ahead of Saturday’s clash. Anyhow, home win should be considered as Blackburn Rovers are regarded as good hosts. The likes of Ayala, Dack, Wharton, and Rankin-Costello are all sidelined with injuries, while Grant and Schindler should miss out for the visiting team.

Huddersfield Town were founded in 1910 and just three years later they entered the Football League. In 1926 the Terriers won their last domestic trophy, but they did well finishing runners up in the FA Cup 1920. The club’s biggest rivals are Leeds United and it has to be noted that Huddersfield Town have better head-to-head record of the two teams.
