Our prediction for this Championship match:
Buoyed by a hard-fought 1-0 win over Watford, Blackburn Rovers will look to give fans yet another reason to celebrate when they take on Ipswich Town in the Championship round 6. The Seasiders quickly bounced back from a 2-0 loss to Norwich City, with the team regaining a much-needed confidence and a triumph over Ipswich could see them climb to the top half of the table.
The Tractor Boys, on the other hand, produced their best performance of the season at the weekend, with the team rolling over Sheffield United 5-0. Ipswich are still seen as one of the main candidates for promotion and with Jaden Philogene finding his goal-scoring touch, we believe that there is a big value in betting on Kieran McKenna’s troops. Both Adam Forshaw and Jake Garrett are sidelined with injuries for the home side, while the visitors will be without duo Wes Burns – Conor Townsend in Saturday’s showdown.
