Our prediction for this Championship match:
Ashton Gate Stadium will host Saturday’s Championship game between Bristol City and Watford, two teams with entirely different ambitions in the remainder of the season. The Robins aim to put an end to their four-game winless run, and they are likely to fight tooth and nail against the Hornets. All Tomas Kalas, Kal Naismith, and Rob Atkinson are all out of contention with injuries.
The Hornets, on the other hand, quickly bounced back from a 1-0 loss to Coventry City, with the team beating Reading 2-0 in their last league match. Watford are eyeing their third consecutive win on the road, but beating Bristol City at Ashton Gate Stadium is easier said than done. A close match is on the horizon, and, taking everything into account, we are tempted to put our money on draw. The likes of Imran Louza, Jeremy Ngakia, Tom Cleverley, and Rey Manaj are sidelined with injuries for the away team.
Highlighted Player (Nathan Baker):
Nathan Baker is a product of Aston Villa football academy. The left-footed defender played 115 games for Aston Villa in the league and it has to be noted that he scored only goal for the club during his spell at Villa Park. Nathan Baker is used as both centre-back and left-back and the 189-cm-tall footballer is very good in the air.
