Our prediction for this Championship match:
Hull City and Peterborough United go head to head at MKM Stadium in the Championship round 13. The Tigers have been struggling in the first half of the season, with the team sitting just above the relegation zone ahead of the midweek clash. However, Hull City will not have a better chance than this to return to winning ways in the English second tier.
The Posh, on the other hand, suffered yet another dip in form, with the team losing to both Bristol City and Middlesbrough in the previous two league fixtures. Peterborough have been struggling at the back of late, and seeing that Hull City are desperate to escape the danger zone, home win should be considered. Fleming should be the only absentee in the home team, while all Jones, Marriott, and Randall are out of contention with injuries.
Highlighted Player (Callum Elder):

Callum Elder is an Australia international who plays for Hull City in the League One. Elder started his youth career at Manly United, but in 2011 he was spotted by Leicester City scouts. Despite being a Leicester City player from 2013 to 2019, he did not see any game action with the Foxes in the Premier League.
Callum Elder played for the likes of Mansfield Town, Peterborough United, Brentford, Barnsley, Wigan Athletic, and Ipswich Town before signing a three-year contract with the Tigers for an undisclosed fee. Speaking of his international career, the pacey left-back has one cap with the Australia U20 team.
Elder’s favourite position is left-back, but he is capable of producing fine displays as a centre-back as well. Elder wears the No. 3 jersey at Hull City, and he is an athletic full-back who likes getting up and down the left-hand side. The Australian player was born on January 27, 1995.
Highlighted Team (Peterborough):

Founded in 1934, Peterborough United are a professional club that competes in the League One. The Posh play their home games at London Road Stadium, the venue with the capacity of 15,314. Peterborough’s home colour is blue, whilst the colour of their away kit is blue. The Posh have the third kit as well where yellow and black are the dominant colours.
Peterborough United’s biggest success came in the 1964/1965 when the club booked their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals. Chelsea, though, proved to be a big catch for the Posh, beating them 5-1 in London. It has to be noted that Peterborough United made it to the Football League Cup semis in the 1965/1966 season, with the team losing to WBA in the two-legged tie.
The likes of Cambridge United and Northampton Town are considered the club’s main rivals. The Posh have built a rivalry with Huddersfield Town, with fans seeing MK Dons as rivals as well.
