Saturday’s football game at the Den pits together Millwall and Wycombe Wanderers, the two teams who sit in the opposite halves of the table. The Lions look unstoppable at the moment, with the team eyeing their fourth consecutive league win. It has to be noted, though, that important defender Jake Cooper suffered a serious shoulder injury in the 2-0 win over Birmingham City. The likes of Leonard, Mahoney, and Wallace remain in the recovery room as well.
The Chairboys, on the other hand, suffered three defeats in the previous four league fixtures, and, as a result, they remained in the ultimate position in the Championship standings. Wycombe obviously struggle at the back, and we do not believe that they are capable of spoiling Millwall’s party in London. Midfielder Alexander Pattison remains on the sidelines through injury for the visiting team.

After starting his professional career at Sparta Prague, Jiri Skalak played for the likes of Ruzemberok, Slovacko, Zbrojovka Brno and Mlada Boleslav on loan. In the summer of 2015 the Czech player signed a permanent deal with Mlada Boleslav where he established himself as a first-team regular.
However, the pacey winger did spend too much time at the Czech club as he joined English side Brighton in the winter of 2016. Jiri Skalak signed for the Seagulls for an undisclosed fee and it has to be noted that he score his first goal for the club in a 4-0 win over QPR on April 19, 2016. After spending two seasons at the Falmer Stadium, Jiri Skalak moved to fellow English club Millwall on August 2, 2018.
Born in Pardubice (Czechoslovakia) on March 12, 1992, Skalak represents Czech Republic on the international stage. The Millwall winger has 21 caps for the Czech Republic U21 team and he received his first call-up for the senior team on August 25, 2015 for the Euro 2016 qualifying matches against Latvia and Kazakhstan.

Founded back in 1887, Wycombe Wanderers are one of the oldest clubs in the League One. The Chairboys are well known for their sky blue and dark blue shirts, but the colour of their away kit is orange combined with gun-metal gray.
Wycombe Wanderers host their rivals at Adams Park, a small stadium in Sands Industrial Estate which can hold up to 10,137 people. Milton Keynes Dons are seen as the club’s main rivals, with the two teams facing each other in the Buckinghamshire derby. Wycombe Wanderers made it to the FA Cup semis in the 2000/2001, with the team repeating the success in the League Cup six seasons later.
It has to be noted that the Chairboys have two FA Trophy titles (1991, 1993). Legendary midfielder Gareth Ainsworth is considered one of the club’s most famous players. Ainsworth scored 16 goals in 112 league appearances for Wycombe Rovers.
